Caramel Apple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped, salted peanuts
1 (8 oz.) Philly lite cream cheese
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put peanuts in food processor and chop.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Serve with apple slices for a caramel apple taste. (Sprinkle apples with Fruit-Fresh to keep from turning dark as quick or dip in pineapple juice.)
