B.L.T. Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
    1 small onion, diced
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    4 tsp. chicken bouillon
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. mild picante sauce
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon and keep warm, but don't let get soggy.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons bacon grease, trying to save all browned residue in pan.
    Cook onion in bacon grease until translucent, but not brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
