Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. (heaping) plain flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    pinch of salt
    butter
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and salt.
    Add enough evaporated milk to make paste.
    Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
    Add rest of milk and finish filling pan with sweet milk.
    Cook in a double boiler until it begins to thicken.
    Add butter and vanilla.
