Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    onion (if desired)
    1/4 tsp. pickle relish
    a pinch of oregano
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes whole in skins until pricked with fork are done and not soft.
    Peel while hot and cut in halves.
    When cold, cut in cubes; add bell pepper (cut up), celery (stripped of strings) and eggs.
    Add pickle relish and a touch of salad seasoning, oregano and mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip.
