Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can condensed celery soup
1 can condensed mushroom soup or 1 can condensed chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 envelope dried onion soup
1 whole chicken or several chicken breasts
Preparation

Place rice in greased large baking dish. Mix cans of soup with water. Pour over rice and chicken. Salt to taste. Sprinkle onion soup over top of all and cover tightly. Cook 2 hours at 350\u00b0. Reduce to 325\u00b0 the last hour if it is browning too fast.
