Savory Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except hard-cooked eggs.
    Pack half the meat mixture into a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Arrange shelled hard-cooked eggs in a lengthwise row through center of loaf.
    Pack remaining meat mixture over eggs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 8 servings.
