Golden Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soft margarine, for mold
    2 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
    4 c. diced, pared potatoes or 3 c. prepared instant potatoes
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Coat an 8-cup tube mold well with margarine.
    Sprinkle with corn meal, tap out excess.
    Cook potatoes in lightly-salted water until tender; drain well.
    Shake pan over low heat to dry and fluff potatoes; mash.
    Beat egg whites until they stand in firm peaks. Separately beat egg yolks until thick.
