Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 10 minutes and drain.
    Cook rice (not Minute rice).
    Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not brown. Combine broccoli, rice and onion.
    Dilute soup with milk and pour over broccoli and rice mixture.
    Bake about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle with cheese last 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
