Spicy Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 beef flavor bouillon cube
    1 to 1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Spray skillet with cooking spray.
    Add oil; put on medium heat.
    Add rice and onions; saute about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, or until tender.
    Yields 5 servings.
