Beef With Buckwheat Noodles In Spicy Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/2 lb. Chinese buckwheat noodles
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. crushed hot red pepper
    2 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 scallions, chopped
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Cut steak across grain on diagonal into thin strips.
    In a wok, heat oil over hig heat until hot, swirling to coat sides of pan.
    Add steak and stir-fry until meat loses its red color, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove to plate.
