Cheese-Zucchini Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice Italian bread, toasted
1 slice Provolone cheese, cut to fit bread
1/2 small zucchini, sliced
1 thin slice Bermuda onion
dash of dried oregano leaves
2 tsp. shredded Provolone cheese
1 slice bacon, crisply fried and crumbled or 1 1/2 tsp. imitation bacon (optional)
Preparation

For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion.
Sprinkle with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon.
Cook, uncovered, on ungreased cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
