Pork Goulash - Gulasz Wieprzowy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh pork
    4 to 6 onions, chopped
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. soup stock
    6 large or 12 small potatoes, peeled, cut and parboiled
    flour (for dusting)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut meat into large cubes, well trimmed.
    Put meat, onions and seasonings in heavy casserole and simmer, tightly covered, turning occasionally until meat browns.
    Dust with flour.
    Add soup stock, tomato puree and the parboiled potatoes.
    Cover and continue to simmer until meat and potatoes are done.
    Serves 6.
