Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    1 1/2 c. raw white rice
    3 c. liquid (1/2 milk and 1/2 broth)
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. pimentos
    4 well-beaten eggs
Preparation
    Combine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Cut and serve with cream of mushroom soup (no milk added) and top with slivered almonds, if desired.
