Cold Banana Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. half and half
    4 large peeled ripe bananas
    3 slices crustless white bread, diced
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar, mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put half and half and bananas in blender until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
    Chill.
    Place the diced bread in a buttered, shallow pan.
    Mix with the butter and sugar mix.
    Put in a 300\u00b0 oven until lightly caramelized, stirring frequently.
    Sprinkle cinnamon croutons on cold soup just before serving.
