Pineapple Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 egg, well beaten
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    3 tsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and add to the juice the well beaten egg plus sugar and flour.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool and add the pineapple and mayonnaise.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
