A Dozen Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a large muffin pan with vegetable oil spray (butter flavored).
    Mix ingredients together well in a large bowl.
    Fill muffin pan cups 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter.
    Bake in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
