Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of an 8 x8 inch pan.
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; remove from heat.
    Add sugar, vanilla, milk and egg.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake about 25 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes in pan, before cutting into bars. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
