Quick Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. small marshmallows
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix well the pineapple and package of pistachio pudding.
Then add the other ingredients.
Stir well.
Refrigerate before serving.
Garnish with a cherry (optional).
