Japanese Fruit Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt margarine and let cool.
    Then cream with sugar.
    Add eggs, then remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
