6-Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box All-Bran cereal
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk (may substitute with skim)
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs.
    Mix in rest of ingredients. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
    (Let stand 8 hours before using.)
    Use as desired.
    Remove 1 tablespoon and place in coffee cup and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
    May also be baked in the oven like regular muffins.
