Spinach Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach, cooked, chopped and well drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground
    16 crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Make into patties and brown in butter 2 minutes on each side.
    Yields 12 patties.
