Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    6 c. vegetables (sliced squash, zucchini and red pepper strips)
    1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
    Sprinkle salad dressing mix over vegetables.
    Toss to coat well.
    Stir in vinegar until well mixed.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
