Seafood Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine (I use Puritan oil)
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp imitation crab
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
6 oz. cooked fettucini noodles
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic 3 minutes.
Add remaining scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes.
Add fettucini; toss and heat through.
