Claud'S Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium carrots
    6 tsp. sugar or sweetener to equal same
    nutmeg to taste
    dash of ginger
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and quarter lengthwise the carrots.
    Cook in saucepan with small amount of water (to steam) and sugar, nutmeg, ginger and butter.
    Cook until tender.
