Pork Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. raw rice
2 1/2 lb. ground pork
salt
pepper
2 eggs
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large can seasoned tomato juice
Preparation

Cook rice; cool. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except tomato juice. Form into 12 patties and place in greased pan. Pour tomato juice over patties. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes more. Tomato juice will be absorbed.
