Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. drained peaches
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. drained peach juice with 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream 1 cup sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix and add milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Put peaches over batter.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Pour juice over this and bake until brown in a 360\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
