Grandmama'S Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cake mix (pineapple or yellow)
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Bake cake according to package directions (either layer cake or sheet cake).
Combine rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens (usually 10 minutes).
Pour over cake.
