Wine And Scallop Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. bay scallops
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 to 4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Drain scallops; lay in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add wine, margarine, lemon juice and garlic cloves.
Lay Swiss cheese on top of scallops.
Spread Mozzarella on top of Swiss cheese.
Top with bread crumbs and put slabs of margarine on top of bread crumbs. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bread crumbs are lightly browned.
Best served with or on top of linguine or vermicelli.
