Dutch Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked tomatoes
    3 c. bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    dash of ground sage
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 c. grated cabbage
    1/2 c. minced onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add
    enough
    canned
    milk (1/3 cup) to moisten mixture. Mix well.
    Make into a loaf.
    Place strips of bacon over top. Bake
    at 275\u00b0
    for\t1
    1/2\thours, or until done.
    Cover with ketchup and mushroom soup, if desired.
