Cheese Sausage Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and chopped
    3 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Melt cheese in a double boiler; add sausage and mix well. Pour into a large mixing bowl; add Bisquick (mix well with hands if needed).
    Roll into small balls (3/4-inch diameter).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 12.
