Graham Cracker Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, room temperature
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. fine chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    34 or 36 crushed graham crackers
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, slowly and mix well.
    Add milk, vanilla and crackers.
    Mix in baking powder and then add nuts.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Beat egg whites stiff and fold in cracker mixture.
    Spray cupcake pan with Pam or a no sticking spray.
    Fill cups about 1/2 full and bake in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, according to your oven.
