Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook the vegetables until tender and drain well.
    Mix together the vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crackers are brown.
