Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix raisins, nuts, coconut and vinegar.
    Let stand.
    Combine butter, sugar and eggs.
    Beat until thick.
    Stir in raisin mixture. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
