Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. rhubarb
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo or butter
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. white sugar
4 Tbsp. corn starch
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Crust:
Mix together flour, brown sugar, oleo or butter and oatmeal.
Spread half of crust on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread rhubarb over crust mixture.
