Baked Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
Nutmeg
Preparation

Beat egg well; add sugar and salt, add scalded milk to mixture.
Add vanilla and pour mixture into six buttered custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set cups in pan filled with water sufficient to reach about three-fourth around the cups.
