Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. shredded apples
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed and slowly add flour mixture.
Add zucchini, apples and pecans, stirring into mixture thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pans 10 minutes, remove and cool completely.
