Easy Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, unbaked
    1 c. chicken or turkey, cooked, boned and chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
    Stir in chicken and cheese.
    Salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour in crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 or 15 minutes.
