Green Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bushel green tomatoes
12 bell peppers (green and red)
12 onions
1 head cabbage
1 Tbsp. allspice
Preparation

Grind tomatoes and let drip from colander or bag.
Grind peppers, cabbage and onions.
Mix all together and add spices, sugar and vinegar.
Cook until it changes color.
Put in sterile jars and seal at once.
