Debra'S Quick Pasta Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar Healthy Choice herb and garlic pasta sauce (hold 1/2 c. for topping casserole)
    2 c. penna pasta shells, cooked
    6 medium yellow squash
    1 large red bell pepper
    2 large zucchini
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. low-fat Parmesan cheese (hold 3 Tbsp. for topping casserole)
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook pasta per directions on box.
    Wash and chop all the vegetables.
    In large skillet, cook squash, zucchini, bell pepper and onion in cooking oil and water until tender.
    Mix half of sauce into vegetables; bring to boil.
