Beans And Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    2 cans chicken broth
    1/4 stick pepperoni, sliced thinly and chopped up
    crushed red pepper
    3 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 large head escarole
    1 can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Simmer escarole in water until cooked down.
    Drain.
    Saut garlic in hot oil.
    Add chicken broth, pepperoni and escarole. Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add beans the last 5 minutes.
    Add crushed red pepper to taste.
