Breakfast Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed without crust
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into an ungreased loaf pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Let set 10 to 15 minutes after removing from oven. Excellent with blueberry muffins.
