Sausage Macaroni Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. elbow macaroni
 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in strips
1 medium carrot, cut in strips
4 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Prepare macaroni as per package instructions.
 
Drain well. In skillet, heat oil.
Add sausage and carrot; stir-fry 1 minute. Add next 5 ingredients; stir-fry until tender.
Stir in macaroni. Heat well.
Serve in heated bowl.
