Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken or 4 to 5 lb. chicken
    1 heaping c. fine bread crumbs
    3 c. broth
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done; cool and take off bone, cut into pieces.
    Put broth over crumbs; beat eggs and add to crumbs.
    Add baking powder and rice.
    Fold in chicken last.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Easily serves 12 to 15.
