Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. spareribs, cut into two-ribs pieces
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. bottled steak sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
1 tsp. instant minced onions
Preparation

Place spareribs on rack in baking pan.
Brown in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Turn and brown on other side for 10 or 15 minutes. Drain fat and put ribs in slow cooking pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low six to eight hours.
Makes five to six servings.
