Crunchy Party Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
bottled hot pepper sauce
7 c. round toasted oat cereal
5 c. small pretzels
3 c. salted nuts
3 c. bite-size shredded wheat squares
1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat together the oil, Worcestershire, garlic salt, seasoned salt and several drops hot pepper sauce.
In large roasting pan, combine the cereals, pretzels and nuts.
Stir oil mixture well and drizzle over the cereal mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan and toss lightly.
