Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans biscuits, baked to pkg. instructions
    6 pkg. prepared cornbread mix - divided to bake in 2 oblong pans to pkg. instructions
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    6 cans chicken broth
    pepper to taste
    1/2 jar or box of sage (6.5 oz. container)
    chopped pecans, optional
Preparation
    Crumble biscuits and cornbread into a 20 lb. roaster pan. Add all other ingredients, mix well and bake in 350\u00b0 until celery and onions are cooked and tastes done in the middle of the pan, or about 2 hours.
