Brandied Chicken And Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast patties
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1 c. chopped peaches
Preparation
    Cook chicken with diced onions in margarine.
    When cooked, add orange juice and brandy.
    Cook about 3 minutes or until sauce starts to reduce.
    Add peaches and continue cooking 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions when ready to serve.
