Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and oil, then the pumpkin.
Mix well. Combine flour, spice, soda and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center.
Pour pumpkin mixture into the well.
Mix just until dry ingredients are moist.
Stir in cranberries.
Spoon batter into two 8 x 3 x 3-inch greased baking pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tester comes out clean.
Very nice for Christmas gifts.
