Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, salted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain well.
Place in 1-quart casserole dish. Blend cream cheese, chopped onion and milk until smooth.
Pour on top of spinach and mix lightly.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
