Excellent Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. thick red Russian dressing
2 broiler chickens, quartered or breasts

Preparation

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Mix together sauce ingredients and spread over chicken pieces.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
